General Admission includes access to permanent exhibition galleries, as well as our main special exhibition. Our Ticketed Special Exhibition can be added for the full museum experience.

Getting Here

The Dunn Museum is located in the General Offices of the Lake County Forest Preserves at 1899 West Winchester Road between Route 45 and Butterfield Road in Libertyville. The entrance is on the south side of the building. Once you turn south onto Technology Way, follow signs to Dunn Museum.

The Dunn Museum Gift Shop offers a selection of items inspired by the history and culture of Lake County, including books, posters, notecards, photos, jewelry, apparel and other custom products. Items created by local artisans are also featured in the shop.
